How does InvoicePost work?
Everyday use 
Everyday use of InvoicePost proceeds as follows:
- Step 1: You prepare your invoices in your accounting software.
- Step 2: You send your invoices online to PostNL by printing them using the PostNL printer. In order to do this, you have to select the PostNL printer in the print menu.
- Step 3: We print, envelop and send your invoices, with the level of quality to which you are accustomed.

Would you like to maintain an overview of your invoices? In order to achieve this, you will have access to our tried and tested Track & Trace system in your own 'My InvoicePost' environment on the Internet.
