How does the Business Portal work?

The Business Portal is integrated into your own website. If you already have your own 'My…' environment, we would be happy to help you add the Business Portal to it. This is convenient for your customers because they can simply sign in to the Business Portal using their existing log-in details.
You choose the services you want to offer your customers and thus set up the desired customer groups. After you have chosen which standard customer configurations you want and informed your customers about these, the Business Portal gets on with its work. The rest is done for you. Once your customers have logged in, they can alter the configurations themselves. If they choose to receive their transaction mail digitally, they can also indicate in which format they want to receive it; for example, as a PDF, in XML or directly in their online banking environment. We process all of your transaction mail and it is sent through the various channels to your customers, by regular mail, e-mail or digitally.
