Direct Mail 100/500 international

Send large amounts of Direct Mail and benefit from attractive rates

If you send more than 100 items by direct mail (of the same size, weight and appearance) to an international destination, you can benefit from an attractive rate if you tender the mail as a single consignment. And the rate is even cheaper if you tender more than 500 items.

If your consignment is urgent, you should choose Priority; the international priority mail service. If it is less urgent, the standard service provides a good – and cheaper – solution.

For the correct addressing procedure, see the brochure Adressering van Internationale Postzendingen (Addressing international mail items). You can frank items using the Port Betaald / Payé Pays-Bas postage paid impression. You can download the international postage paid logo or use pre-printed envelopes. Your mail item must also have a return address for the Netherlands in the upper left-hand corner of the address label and, if applicable, the correct Priority sticker or stamp.

Separating and tendering
You can tender your bulk mail to any post office, Business Point or business counter. To ensure correct processing, your mail should be separated into items for within Europe and outside Europe, and into items for Priority and Standard.

Outside the EU? Customs declaration form!
For goods items sent to countries outside the European Union, you will need a customs declaration form. Up to a value of € 425, you will need the CN22 customs declaration form, and for values higher than that, you must attach the CN23 customs declaration form.
