About International Parcel Basic

Just too big for the letterbox?
Parcels up to 2 kg that are too big for the letterbox can be sent abroad for an attractive rate, using International Parcel Basic. No special transport documents are needed for International Parcel Basic.

Priority or Standard
If you want fast delivery, you can opt for the Priority service. The Standard service takes a little longer, but is less expensive. The delivery time depends on the destination country. To find out how long your parcel will take, take a look at the overview of countries.

How does International Parcel Basic work?

Franking and tendering
You can frank International Parcel Basic with stamps, EasyStamp or a franking machine. Postage paid franking is only possible in combination with our bulk mail service. Remember to use the correct Priority stamp or sticker. You can tender your parcels to a post office, Business Point, business counter, service point or postal agent.

Outside the EU? Customs declaration form!
If you are sending goods outside the EU, remember to fill in the CN22 customs declaration form. If your goods are valued at over € 425, you will need a CN23 customs declaration form instead of a CN22. 
 

What does International Parcel Basic cost?

For large quantities on an annual basis, you can use International Parcel Basic Mix.

Sizes and weights

Size:

• Minimum size: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm 
• Maximum size: L + W + H = 90 cm; L maximum 60 cm

Size of roll container:

• L + 2 x diameter = minimum 17 cm; L minimum 10 cm
• L + 2 x diameter = maximum 104 cm; L maximum 90 cm
