With International Parcel Plus (IPP), you can send all your parcels inexpensively and reliably to all destinations outside the European Union. IPP reaches the whole world, at both business and home addresses.

IPP combines favourable rates with a reliable delivery time. Moreover, IPP items are always sent with a number of extra securities:
The recipient signs for receipt
A second delivery is made if the recipient is not home the first time;
Your parcel is insured for up to €146.
From just one item per year

How does International Parcel Plus work?
Easy and quick to prepare for dispatch
Dispatching with International Parcel Plus (IPP) is very simple. You can prepare your IPP items automatically with Parcelware, the dispatch software supplied by PostNL Parcel Service. Besides the dispatch documents, it also generates the necessary customs documents for you automatically.
It is also possible to prepare your IPP parcels by hand, with the dispatch document (P2320), which can be ordered through Mailorder.
Addressing and tendering
You can tender all your parcel items to one of the PostNL business counters or Business Points. You can also use the collection service, whereby all your items are collected from you in the late afternoon.
Delivery times
With International Parcel Plus (IPP), you can send your parcels to any destination in the world. Below is a list of the delivery times for the most common destinations.

It is not possible to send IPP parcels to a PO Box number.
