PostNL has a new product: Your DM Stamp. This stamp is especially for your bulk mail. You benefit from the cheaper postage paid rate, while giving your mailing a personal touch, as you decide the design of the stamp yourself.

Mail from you and nobody else
You decide on and design the picture on Your DM Stamp yourself. It could not be any more personal. The stamp is extremely well-suited to an introductory offer, the presentation of your logo, an anniversary celebration, or anything else you could imagine.

Used by a number of renowned companies
Organisations such as ABN AMRO, Citroën, Strukton, and American Express are already using Your DM Stamp with great success.

Mail that attracts extra attention
A striking stamp on your envelope has a noticeable effect. Research has shown that reach is increased by no less than 15%. A stamp simply attracts more attention than the familiar "Postage Paid" and makes your business mail much more personal.

How do you create your own stamp?

Placing an order is simple and is possible from an issue of 10,000 stamps. You make a digital design yourself and decide on the colour of the frame to surround your design. Then you place your order on the Internet, using the order form. Before the stamp is printed, you receive the final design for approval. When you have approved it, you will receive the stamps within 10 working days.

Easy to use
The stamps are self-adhesive and come on a roll so they are easy to stick on your mail. It is also easy for the large mailing houses to process Your DM Stamp automatically.

Franking the stamps
You can choose whether the stamps are franked by your mailing house or by PostNL (cost: 1.8 euro cents per stamp). Or, of course, you can frank the stamps yourself. Below, you will find a link to the order form for ordering the special PostNL round stamp.

What does it cost to create your own stamp?

You can order Your DM stamp from an issue of 2500.

10.000 - 20.000 stamps	€ 0,13 per stamp
20.000 - 50.000 stamps	€ 0,10 per stamp
50.000 - 100.000 stamps	€ 0,07 per stamp
100.000 - 200.000 stamps	€ 0,04 per stamp
200.000 - 500.000 stamps	€ 0,035 per stamp

 
All prices are exclusive of VAT. 
You pay only the production costs of the stamp. We charge you the normal postage costs for dispatch.
 
If you cancel the order after receiving the proof, we will be obliged to charge you a cancellation fee of € 100 for the costs incurred.
