Can I use this service for a departure or return only?
Absolutely! It is possible to request a pick-up and / or return, depending on your needs.
The price for a single bag is € 20, with a surcharge of € 7,50 for each additional item.
What about large items?
No problem! We will also deliver your bicycles, strollers, golf gear and winter sport equipment (skis, snowboards etc), at no extra charge. Large items can be checked in at the ‘odd-sized luggage’ counter at Schiphol Airport.
Where do I pick up my luggage at Schiphol Airport?
You can claim your luggage at the airport’s baggage depot, located in the basement of Schiphol Plaza between Arrivals 1 and 2. We will also send you a confirmation of delivery, which includes directions to the baggage depot.
Can you also check in my luggage for me?
Yes, but only if you book your flight through our travel partner Corendon. For more information, visit corendon.nl/homepickupbagage. Please note that the check-in service is not yet available through this website. Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com if you have any further questions.
Can I use this service for my return flight booked through Corendon?
Yes, but this is not part of your booking with Corendon, so you will have to make a separate request through this website.
Can I choose a pick-up time myself?
Unfortunately not. You can however choose on which day you want us to make the pick-up (up to three days before your departure).
Pick-ups are typically scheduled in 2-hour time slots between 16:00 and 22:00 hrs. A confirmation with the exact time slot will be sent to you the previous evening.
Will you pick up my luggage on weekends too?
Sure! We will be happy to pick up your luggage on a Saturday or Sunday, at no extra charge.
Do I pay less if I only have carry-on luggage?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the number of items. We do not distinguish between checked and carry-on luggage.
How can I be sure that my luggage will not be compromised?
Your bags will be sealed immediately upon receipt by the driver, so there is no need to worry. If you are still not comfortable, you can always put an extra lock on your suitcase
What happens if my luggage is damaged / lost?
We will deliver your luggage to the airport (or airline) with the utmost care. In the event of loss or damage, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
