Following a very successful experiment, which begun in January 2011 in some Buffetti shops in Turin and Bologna, the initiative will take off in the second half of July 2011, offering a collection service for TNT Post registered mail being held at Buffetti shops in some Italian towns, among others in Rome and Genova. At present about 20% of TNT Post registered mail is not delivered first-time and ends up being held for collection in Italy. The agreement makes it possible to call in when convenient at your nearest Buffetti shop and pick up the TNT Post registered letter.
For the future, in addition to expanding the initiative to other shops across Italy, the partnership between the two companies may well be strengthened, with a view to satisfying private and business needs.
