The CLA, which runs from 1 January 2012 to 31 March 2013, is a good balance of the wishes of both the labour organisations and the company. The Social Plan will be extended by one year from 1 January 2013 through to 31 December 2013. There will be a 1.7% salary increase along with 0.4% after the definitive approval of the new pension scheme. The parties are jointly in talks with the pension fund on a new pension arrangement. After approval about this with the pension fund, the labour organisations will present the arrangement to their members.
