More and more customers are using the variety of delivery options of PostNL. We can deliver at a pre-selected time from Monday to Friday until 9:30pm. PostNL also delivers parcels in the weekend. It is now easier for consumers to have their parcels delivered elsewhere: to one of our 2,600 PostNL locations.
‘Our 18 sorting centres have been working full steam in december. We have 3,100 parcel delivery drivers working today. That is 500 more than we would have on an average delivery day. I’m really proud that our employees and parcel deliverers have been able to set this record by working very hard. Eventually this is in the interest of our (sending) customers and (receiving) consumers’ says PostNL Parcels Director Gerrit Mastenbroek.
