PostNL also agrees on collective labour agreement for PostNL and for Saturday deliverers with FNV
On 30 November PostNL and the trade unions Bond Van Post Personeel, CNV Publieke Diensten en VHP2 already reached agreements for a new PostNL collective labour agreement (CLA) and a new Saturday deliverer CLA. FNV did not sign yet, but submitted the negotiation results to its members for approval. The FNV-members now positively accepted the results. Herna Verhagen, CEO of PostNL: “Taking into account the current developments in the postal market, wide support of the CLAs is of utmost importance. That is why I’m happy that we were able to reach final agreements with all four trade unions.”
Duration and salary increases
The new PostNL CLA will apply from 1 April 2017 up to and including 31 December 2018. In addition to the salary increase of 3 percent in total, it has been agreed that mobility within PostNL will be further stimulated. For Saturday deliverers, the same duration and salary increase have been agreed.
CLA for PostNL
The CLA for PostNL applies to almost all of the PostNL employees in Parcels, Mail in the Netherlands and Head Office. Postal deliverers have a separate CLA.
