Receive your parcel at a different time or location

Is the delivery time not suitable for your schedule? In a lot of cases you can change the delivery time and PostNL-location beforehand. Easy right? It works as follows:

1. Look up your parcel in track & trace

Go to track & trace (which is also available in the app) and fill in the track & trace code and your postal code. The sender will notify you of the track & trace code, usually in the email of the order you placed. Sometimes there will be a direct link in this email.

2. Click on: 'change delivery'

You can change the delivery from the moment we receive your parcel up until you see the status 'Sorted'. Do you want to receive notifications in the app about the change of status of your parcel? Just simply change the settings in your app through 'Account' – 'Notifications'.

3. Choose your time of delivery

You can pick your delivery time yourself. Or choose to get your parcel delivered at a PostNL-location near you.
