Not at home during delivery

Nobody at home while we try to deliver your parcel? First, we will check of the neighbours can accept it, and if they are not there either, we will drop your parcel off at the nearest PostNL-location. There will be a note in your letterbox with a ‘not at home code’. You can fill this in at our track & trace page, and it will tell you exactly where to go.

Good to know

We keep your parcel for a week at the PostNL location. After that it will be returned to the sender.
