Reschedule a delivery

In many cases it is possible to reschedule your delivery. Here’s how it works:

1. Track your delivery

Visit our tracking page (or open the PostNL app on your phone) and enter your tracking code and postcode. Usually a tracking code is provided by the sender. In the case of an online purchase, you will receive confirmation of shipment via e-mail, which should include a tracking code or a direct tracking link.

2. Click on ‘change delivery’

This option is available from the moment your parcel is received until its delivery status changes indicating that is has passed through our sorting centre. If you’d like to be informed of any status updates, you can enable notifications in the PostNL app.

3. Select your preferred time slot

You can also choose to pick up your parcel at a PostNL service point.
