That depends on the type of complaint. Tracking a parcel abroad for example, often takes more time than in the Netherlands. Once we have received your complaint, we will of course let you know what we will do to resolve the complaint and how long it will take.
Then you can also submit your complaint to the Post Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie Post). But beware, this is only possible if you are the sender, and does not apply to companies.
You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European website for online dispute resolution.
