Did you receive a parcel with missing content? Then there can be two things going on:
Have you ordered multiple items? The delivery time sometimes differs per item. It may therefore be that you receive multiple parcels. It is best to ask the sender if this also applies to your order.
Does the parcel contain prohibited goods? Then Customs can (partially) confiscate the content. Prohibited are: explosives, narcotics, flammable and other hazardous substances.
