No track & trace code

Have you lost or never received the track & trace code? Then you can do the following:

  • You usually receive the track & trace code from the sender. Did you buy something online? Then you will usually receive an e-mail with a direct link. 
  • Did you not receive anything? Then request the track & trace code from the sender.

Are you the sender?

  • Did you send the package (or registered mail) to a PostNL location? Then you have received a proof of shipment with the track & trace code.
  • Have you created a shipping label on postnl.nl? You will then receive an e-mail with the track & trace code.
