I don’t have a tracking code

Try the following: 

  • Usually the sender will provide a tracking code. In the case of an online purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which should include a tracking code or a direct tracking link.
  • If no tracking code is provided, you are advised to contact the sender.

Did you send the parcel?

  • When you drop off your parcel (or registered mail) at a service point, you will get a receipt (which doubles as proof of posting) with a tracking code.
  • If you purchase a shipping label from our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which also contains a tracking code.
