Here are some things to try:

Did you enter the tracking code correctly?

  1. Don’t use any spaces.
  2. Be sure to enter the recipient’s postcode (not the sender’s).
  3. Check the destination country.
  4. In the case of domestic shipments, the code typically starts with the number 3 and the letter S, followed by a combination of letters and numbers (e.g. 3SABCD1234567).
  5. A ‘missed delivery’ code typically starts with the letters KG, followed by several numbers (e.g. KG123456).
