Shipment not found in track & trace

Can't find your shipment in track & trace? Read some tips below.

Check whether you have entered the track & trace code correctly

  1. Enter the code without spaces
  2. Enter the postal code of the recipient (not the sender's)
  3. Check whether the destination country has been entered correctly
  4. In the case of a domestic shipment, the code usually starts with the number 3 and the letter S, followed by a number of letters and numbers. For example: 3SABCD1234567
  5. A 'non-home code' starts with KG, followed by a number of digits. For example: KG123456
