When can I expect my delivery?

You can follow your parcel’s progress with track & trace (also available in the PostNL app). Simply enter a tracking code and the recipient’s postcode.

Can I get a precise delivery estimate?

Please understand that we cannot promise an exact delivery time. It depends on the number of parcels to be delivered that day, traffic, and even weather conditions. Find the Delivery times cross border.

International deliveries

Having trouble tracking an international delivery? That may be because it has not yet arrived in the country, or is being held at customs. Why not give international tracking a try? It will often let you track your parcel before it shows up in our domestic system.
