How does it work?
Follow these steps to send your card or letter:
- Make sure your item meets the size and weight requirements:
Max. size: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm
Min. size: 14 x 9 cm
Max. weight: 2 kg - Make sure that your item is addressed correctly
To ensure speedy delivery, the receiver’s address should be clearly written on your card or letter. In the case of letters, you should always write a return address on the back of the envelope. This way we can return any undeliverable items to you.
More addressing tips - Add postage
Postage is calculated based on item weight. Depending on the destination of your card or letter, different stamps are used: Netherlands 1 and Netherlands 2 in the case of domestic mail, and International 1 for international mail. Stamps are available at your local post office. Please note that postage due will be recovered from the addressee. To avoid unnecessary costs for the receiver, be sure to add sufficient postage. - Post your item

Delivery of your mail
Regular mail (cards, letters and small packets) is usually delivered within 24 hours of posting (Monday through Friday). Mail posted on Saturday and Sunday is delivered on Tuesday.
If something goes wrong
We take the utmost care to ensure that your mail is delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, items may be lost or damaged in transit. In the event of loss or damage, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
Additional delivery options
Registered Mail
Choose Registered Mail for added peace of mind when sending valuable or important items. In the event of loss or damage, you will receive compensation up to 50 euros.
Insured Mail
Choose Insured Mail to send highly valuable items with complete peace of mind. In the event of loss or damage, you will receive compensation up to 500 euros.
Priority Mail
Choose our priority service for super-fast delivery of your mail. Priority Mail will be delivered by 10:00 a.m. or noon the next day (depending on your preference).
