Choose our priority service for super-fast delivery of your mail. Priority Mail posted by 3 p.m. will be delivered the next business day (in most major European business centres).

How does it work?
Follow these steps to send your Priority Mail:
- Make sure your item meets the size and weight requirements:
Max. size: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm*
Min. size: 14 x 9 cm
Max. weight: 2 kg - Make sure that your item is addressed correctly
To ensure speedy delivery, the receiver’s address should be clearly written on the envelope. Be sure to write a return address on the back of the envelope. This way we can return any undeliverable items to you.

Visit your local post office for help with postage. Please note that you cannot use regular stamps to frank your item. - Be sure to provide the required documentation
For international deliveries outside the EU, you are required to fill out a customs form. Use a CN 22 form if the total value of your shipment is less than 425 euros. Otherwise a CN 23 form should be used. - Post your item at one of the 2,600 post offices.

If something goes wrong
We take the utmost care to ensure that your mail is delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, items may be lost or damaged in transit. In the event of loss or damage, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. Depending on the outcome of our investigation and item value, we will award compensation up to 500 euros.
