How does it work?
Follow these steps to send your parcel:
- Make sure your parcel meets the size and weight requirements:
Min. size: 14 x 9 cm
Max. size (0 - 10 kg): 100 x 50 x 50 cm*
Max. size (10 - 30 kg): 175 x 78 x 58 cm
Max. weight: 30 kg
*If your parcel exceeds these dimensions, you will be charged the 10 - 30 kg rate.
- Make sure that your parcel is addressed correctly
- Add postage
Frank your parcel using our special parcel stamps. These are available at your local post office. Please note that you cannot use regular stamps to frank your parcel.
- Hand over your parcel at one of the 2,600 post offices.

Delivery of your parcel
The first delivery attempt is usually made the next business day. If the addressee is not at home, we may attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbouring address (unless you instruct us not to do so). If this is unsuccessful, a second delivery attempt will be made the next day.
If we are unable to complete delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office where it will remain for 21 days. If no one comes to collect it in that time, the parcel will be returned to sender.
You can check the delivery status of your parcel at any time using our online tracking service.
If something goes wrong
We take the utmost care to ensure that your parcel is delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, items may be lost or damaged in transit. In the event of loss or damage, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
Additional delivery options
Signature for Delivery
Choose Signature for Delivery for added peace of mind when sending valuable or important items. In the event of loss or damage, you will receive compensation up to 500 euros.
Choose Insured Delivery to send highly valuable items with complete peace of mind. In the event of loss or damage, you will receive compensation up to 5,500 euros.
Choose our express service for super-fast delivery of your parcel. Parcels sent with Domestic Express will be delivered by 10:00 a.m. or noon the next day (depending on your preference).
