Missed delivery

If we are unable to complete a delivery, we will leave a notification in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your parcel – usually at a neighbour’s house or PostNL pick-up point. In some cases you may be able to schedule a redelivery. 

To locate your parcel, click on the button below and enter the KG code written on your notification. If you do not have a KG code, you can also enter your original tracking code.
