Wat ga je doen?

As a Robotic Process Automation developer, you will work in our Robotics Process Automation team. This team consists of seven people. Together, we are responsible for the entire RPA lifecycle. Our goal is to build high-quality solutions that automate repetitive processes and unburden our human colleagues. 

In the role of RPA Developer, you tackle the entire UiPath Robot Process Automation lifecycle for new and acceleration of existing processes. You work with all stakeholders of a process to understand their requirements and design appropriate automated solutions. You will give them input and advice and help think about what is the best solution. This can be done together with our colleagues in data science, voice, IoT and API teams. Then you will build, test, implement it yourself or with the team. 
The topics you will work on are very diverse, because each stakeholder has its own area of responsibility and therefore its own process domain. Think of HR and automating administrative contractual processes. Within the logistics domain it is about delivery information collection and in the security domain the organisation of spam notifications. 

You check that existing processes remain functional and effective and analyse whether they can be improved. Like the team, you are therefore hungry to accelerate and automate the processes.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation development where you have completed full Robotic Process Automation Lifecycle with UiPath and are proficient. 
  • If you have knowledge and experience to code in C#, Java or Python, that's a nice touch. If you don't, that's no problem and we warmly invite you to apply as well. 
  • Good communication skills and a good dose of humour and sociability! You are able to show this in fluent in English at advanced conversation level and Dutch at everyday conversation level. 


As an experienced developer, you know the tips & tricks of the trade. It will therefore be an advantage if you can guide and coach a junior developer.
