What does it cost?

The bigger the volume of your bulk mail shipment, the lower the rate. Consult our bulk mail rates. Want to send volumes over our standard volumes? Then we can offer you a tailor-made solution for an even better price. When using our all-in mail service, add onto the standard rates an additional € 0,07 per piece of mail and € 0,50 per parcel for handling costs.

How does it work?

Register your bulk mail in your Mijn PostNL-account. Don’t have an account yet? Sign up for free. Once logged into your account, you can easily change the standard language to English.

1. Prepare

Select the right category of bulk mail and additional services.

2. Print

Finalize your order in Mijn PostNL by printing out the order form.

3. Ready for delivery

Make sure all mail pieces are designed in lines with our design specifications. Bundle your pieces of mail in a bulk mail seal bag and add the order form.

4. Hand over

Handover your bundle at a PostNL-location. Or even more convenient: have it picked up by our pick-up service.
