Is your parcel ready for pickup at a PostNL-point or parcel locker? Please pick it up immediately to make room for new parcels.

Why is it so busy?

Many people receive their holiday pay in this period. That means: more parcels and letterbox parcels! We see this rush every year around this time. People also order a lot of large products in spring, such as garden sets, swimming pools, and barbecues. Those take up more space in our parcel vans.

That’s why we ask webshops in advance how many parcels they expect to send. We get to work with that info. This way, we make sure we have enough people to process and deliver all those parcels.

But with over a million parcels a day, even small extra percentages make a big difference. And that might mean your parcel arrives a bit later than hoped. Annoying, of course, if that happens to you. But we’re doing everything we can to get your parcel to you quickly. As always, please keep an eye on track & trace for the latest delivery updates.

According to the track & trace, my letterbox packet has been delivered, but it hasn't. Now what?

In some cases, a letterbox packet that is delayed may be scanned as 'delivered'. That is a mistake. In track & trace you will see that your parcel has been delivered when it actually hasn’t yet. If so, we recommend waiting another 2-3 days. Still no parcel after this period? Please contact the sender. Together with the sender we will start an investigation.
