    We provide all the equipment and promotional materials, and help you get started. This makes it easy to launch and ensures customers recognise you as a PostNL point in your area.

    Customers drop off and collect parcels at your location. You simply scan the parcels and help customers on their way. We take care of collecting and delivering the parcels to your location. Your PostNL point will be visible in our location finder and in the PostNL app.

What do we expect from you?

  • a Chamber of Commerce registration (private individuals cannot become a PostNL point)
  • sufficient and secure storage space for parcels
  • open at least 5 days a week in an easily accessible location
