What is a ‘niet-thuiscode’?

If we are unable to complete delivery, we’ll leave you a note with a ‘niet-thuiscode’ (missed delivery code), which you can enter on our tracking page to find out where you can pick up your parcel.

A ‘missed delivery’ code typically starts with the letters KG, followed by several numbers (e.g. KG123456).
