Visit our tracking page or open the PostNL app on your phone. Next, enter a tracking code and the recipient’s postcode. Usually a tracking code will be provided by the sender. In the case of an online purchase, you will receive confirmation of shipment via e-mail, which should include a tracking code or a direct tracking link.
The tracking code and recipient’s postcode are printed on the receipt (proof of posting) you get at the PostNL service point.
Most likely your parcel has been delivered to a neighbor’s address or one of our pick-up points. The address should be written on the note left by the driver. Of course, it may also be the case that your parcel was accepted by a housemate or family member.
Please give it another day or two. Domestic parcels are generally delivered the next day (Monday through Saturday) and always within the space of two days. So there is still a good chance your parcel will arrive after all.
If you are the sender, we kindly ask that you contact customer service (see contact options below), so we can find out what happened to your parcel. If you are the recipient, please alert the sender immediately.
