Parcel not delivered

Has your parcel not yet been delivered? You can do the following:

1. Check the status of your parcel

Go to the track & trace page or the PostNL app on your phone. Enter the track & trace code and your postal code. You usually receive the track & trace code from the sender. Did you buy something online? Then you often receive an e-mail with a direct link.

Are you the sender of the parcel? You can find the track & trace code and the postal code on the note you have received when you sent your parcel via the PostNL location.

2. Is the status of the parcel 'delivered'?

Then the package is probably delivered to the neighbors or a PostNL location nearby. In that case, the deliverer will leave a card in your mailbox with the address the parcel was delivered at. It's also possible that your parcel has been received by someone living at the same address.

Does your parcel have another 'status'

Just to be sure, we advise you to wait a few days. We usually deliver parcels the next delivery day (Monday through Saturday), and always within two delivery days. There is a good chance your parcel will arrive soon.

3. After two delivery days, still no parcel?

The sender can contact our customer service. You can find the ways to contact us at the bottom of this page. Our colleagues will see if they can locate the parcel.

Are you the receiver of the parcel? Please contact the sender to ask to contact us. The sender has all the relevant information to start an inquiry.
