When will my parcel be delivered?

You will always find the latest information about your package on track & trace (also available in the PostNL app). Enter the track & trace code (barcode or "not-at-home code") and the postal code of the recipient, and you will immediately see when we deliver your parcel.

What time does the delivery arrive exactly?

We can't tell you exactly what time your parcel will be delivered. This depends on the amount of parcels, weather conditions and traffic on the road.

Not at home during delivery

Is the delivery time not convenient? Or did you miss the deliverer? See what you can do.

Parcel from abroad

Do you expect a parcel from abroad? Maybe the parcel has not yet arrived in the Netherlands or has reached customs. In that case you can try to enter the code on our international track & trace website. Often you can find information about your parcel here.
