How do I submit a complaint?

We know that it is disappointing when something goes wrong with your mail or parcel, or you are dissatisfied with your delivery. Please let us know and we will do all we can to prevent it happening again.

This is how it works:

  1. Click on 'Start your complaint' below.
  2. Chatbot Daan will open and ask you a few questions.
  3. daan will ensure your complaint is forwarded to the responsible department or connect you with a customer service representative.
