Trade unions approve new PostNL CLA
The Hague, the Netherlands, 19 January 2023 - The memberships of trade unions BVPP and CNV have approved the agreements in principle on a new collective labour agreement (CLA) for PostNL and one for Saturday deliverers. The agreements specify a total wage increase of up to 9.5%.
The new CLA's, on which an agreement in principle was reached on January 6, are expected to be signed next week by PostNL and the two trade unions. In addition to the wage increase, February 2023 will see an extra gross payment of 1.5% of annual salary. Among other things has also been agreed that the pension contribution paid by employees, will remain unchanged for the duration of this CLA and will not be raised.
