Do you send mail abroad? We have listed some useful tips for you below.
Maximum dimensions and weight
Do you want to be sure that your mail fits through the mailbox and can be delivered at the letter mail rate? Then please make sure that your mail:
- Has a maximum size of an A4 (C4 envelope: 22.9 x 32.4 cm)
- Is no smaller than 14 x 9 cm
- Is not heavier than 2 kg
Would you like to send something with track & trace?
Send it as a letterbox package+. Sender and recipient can then follow the mail, and the recipient does not have to stay at home to receive the mail.
