Good to know:

  • We’ve listed the most popular destinations, along with the average delivery times for both mail and parcels.
  • Delivery times are estimates. It’s possible that your shipment takes a bit longer, for example due to busy periods or local disruptions.
  • Not everything can be sent abroad. Make sure to check what’s allowed and what’s not before sending your item.
  • Please note: we make a strict distinction between mail (documents) and parcels (goods). If the wrong category is chosen, it may cause delays or even returns.

What are the rules exactly?

International regulations set by the Universal Postal Union require us to make a clear distinction between documents and goods.

From now on, all shipments containing goods must have a shipping label with a barcode.

In addition, destination countries require us to share the shipment details digitally and in advance.

This means: Even if you're sending goods in an envelope, it must be shipped as a parcel with Track & Trace. That way, there’s always a shipping label including a barcode attached.
