Returning parcels
It is very easy to return a parcel. You just need a printed or digital shipping label with a barcode. If you are unsure whether you have one, check with the webshop where you made your purchase.
How do I get a return shipping label?
You always need a shipping label to return parcels. Getting one depends on the webshop where you made your purchase. We explain the options and how they work below.
Make sure your parcel is securely sealed and add the return label. Ensure that no other labels are visible.
Make sure your parcel is securely sealed and have the digital barcode on your smartphone scanned at a PostNL point. We will then print the shipping label for free and attach it to your parcel.
First create a shipping label with the business reply service online. This is free of charge! Then either print the label yourself, or get it printed at a PostNL point. Make sure your parcel is securely sealed and attach the label to your parcel. Ensure that no other labels are visible.
Please send your return as a normal parcel. You can buy a shipping label online or at a PostNL point at the usual price for sending a parcel.
Where can I hand over my return parcel?
You can hand over your parcel in various ways:
- Hand over your parcel at a PostNL point or a parcel locker. Use our handy location finder to quickly identify one nearby. Tip: choose ‘Send return parcel’ under ‘What do you want to do?’. Find a PostNL point or parcel locker.
- If you are waiting for a parcel, you can hand over your return parcel to the delivery worker free of charge if there is space in the van. Please note: make sure that your parcel has a valid return shipping label and that it is securely sealed. All about returns at your doorstep.
Large parcel returns
If your parcel is larger than 176 x 78 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg, please follow the instructions from the webshop to return your product.
