Return a parcel

Returning a parcel is easy. Simply drop off the parcel at one of our service points. If the sender has provided a shipping label, shipping is free. If not, we will charge normal shipping costs. If you want to save time, you can buy a shipping label online.

Find a service point (tip: under ‘What would you like to do?’, select ‘Send/return parcel’)

If you are expecting a separate delivery, you can also give the parcel to our driver. Make sure that a shipping label is attached. If a label was not provided by the sender, you can buy and print one yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not come with a shipping label.
