Some items cannot be sent to the US. Others can only be sent under certain conditions. Always check the shipping conditions first.

Have you completed the customs form?
If you buy your shipping label online, the customs form is completed automatically during the process. On the form, you fill in the contents and value of your parcel.

Have you provided the correct information?
We ask for specific details about the contents of your parcel. Make sure you fill this in clearly and accurately, as it will be checked strictly by US Customs.
