We’ll achieve this by focusing on a number of strategic drivers that add value for our shareholders and other stakeholders, not just financially but also in terms of customer experience, social connection and sustainability. For each strategic objective we identified main focus areas that help us realise our strategy, and key outcome indicators which enable us to track progress towards achieving our objectives. Remaining relevant means evolving. It means innovating and optimising our delivery processes and services to benefit our customers, consumers and other stakeholders. Several company-wide programmes are in place to support our business realising our company-wide objectives.


An effective organisation and good management of our company underpin a successful strategy, which is why we have a governance structure in place with clearly defined roles. From audit committee to executive committee, every layer has an important role to play in making sure we’re in control.

Our core activities

We serve our customers by providing three essential core activities within the parcels and mail market: collecting, sorting and delivering. This is only possible because of the dense and integrated networks and state-of-the-art processes that we operate throughout the Benelux area. It’s the only way we can deliver reliably, safely and on time, and fulfil the promises we make to our customers.
