PostNL reports Q3 2025 results

The Hague, October 24, 2025 – PostNL will change its stamp prices as of 1 January 2026. From 1 January 2026, a stamp will cost €1.40. The new stamp price is inevitable due to the declining volume of mail and rising costs. The new stamp price as well as other price changes are within the scope granted to PostNL by the government every year to adjust its rates.

Further to its announcements on 22 September 2025, PostNL N.V. (the "Offeror") now announces the final results of its invitation to holders of its outstanding €300,000,000 0.625 per cent. fixed rate Notes due 23 September 2026 (ISIN: XS2047619064) (the "Notes" and each such holder, a "Noteholder"), to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash (such invitation, the "Offer"). The Offer is being made subject to applicable law and regulation, on the terms and subject to the conditions and the offer and distribution restrictions described in the tender offer memorandum dated 22 September 2025 (the "Tender Offer Memorandum").

Mannheim (DE), November 17, 2025 – PostNL announces the opening of its newest fulfilment centre in the Mannheim Economic Area, strategically located in Schifferstadt, Germany. This expansion reinforces PostNL’s commitment to growing its European logistics network and supports Dutch online retailers by enhancing their position abroad. In addition, it broadens the local fulfilment offering. This new site joins the existing network of fulfilment centres in major European economic areas, including Cologne (DE), Milan (IT), Wroclaw (PL), and two locations in the Utrecht Economic Area (NL).

PostNL opens fulfilment centre in Mannheim (DE)

As of today, it is again possible to send parcels to the United States. This service was temporarily suspended on August 23 after the United States (US) decided to abolish the exemption from import duties for shipments valued up to $800 (the de minimis exemption) as of August 29. Since then, according to the Universal Postal Union (UPU), the number of shipments to the US has fallen by more than 80%. PostNL is one of the first companies in Europe to reopen the possibility of sending parcels to the US.

PostNL is delivering parcels in an increasing number of Dutch city centres using electric vehicles. Since the start of this year, PostNL has been delivering completely emission-free in 27 city centres across the Netherlands, well above the 14 cities where this is now legally required.
