PostNL postal and parcel deliverers visit every street every day. Using this close-knit network, we can create more connection, contact and consideration for each other in society. In doing this, we deliver special moments.
Projects with impact
Together with social organisations, we work on projects that matter. Projects that support people who are struggling. We deliver presents for Stichting Jarige Job and cards for the National Foundation for the Elderly.

The board consists of committed PostNL employees and external members from the community. People who want to connect and contribute to a society in which we all participate. We can make even more of an impact by joining forces.
A helping hand
We help people who need an extra helping hand. We deliver special cards and parcels for special moments, we raise money, we report loneliness, support meeting places and help open doors so that people feel connected to society again. We also regularly encourage people to help and contribute. By doing this together with other organisations, we can make people feel connected to each other and society again.
Collaboration with the Salvation Army
Many adults feel lonely from time to time. It’s nice to have a place in the local area to feel at home and be noticed. These are the Salvation Army's community centres. Everyone is welcome to come along for a cup of coffee and a chat. We install letter and parcel machines at the community centres. By doing this, we raise the profile of the community centres among local residents.

Each year, we collect more than 80,000 birthday presents for children from less fortunate families.
230,000 Christmas cards
230,000 Christmas cards are sent to lonely elderly people through the partnership with the National Foundation for the Elderly.
10 municipalities
In 10 municipalities, deliverers are alert to signs of loneliness.
6,000 parcels
6,000 parcels are sent to primary schools for the King's Games.
